What a pilot is

You pick the mailboxes.Start with a group that gets targeted — advancement, finance, the president's office — not the whole directory. Nothing outside that list is read.

Nothing changes in your mail flow. No MX record, no connector, no add-in for anyone to install. The warning is written into the message body at arrival, so it is already there when the message is opened, on every client including a phone.

Your security review comes first, not last. Every permission we ask for, and what we deliberately never ask for, is on the install page. Message bodies are never stored. A check that cannot run is reported — never counted as clean.

It ends by doing nothing. Three months for a flat $3,000 — not a subscription that renews while nobody is looking. It stops unless you say otherwise, and revoking access in your own console is the off switch, which does not go through us.
